Coaching as a profession has been on a rapid rise, and shows no sign of slowing down; my only wish is for my investments to rise as fast. Today, you can find a coach specializing in just about any niche you can imagine…hmm I am quite certain…Google it. Anthony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Stephen Covey, Robin Sharma and Lolly Daskal continues to be masters in this field and my personal favorites.
Working with a coach is not just about “getting unstuck”. Think of the role of a sports coach and that’s what you get with a different method of delivery. However, the goal is the same to empower you to be better at your game (life) and be successful at it.
You should be guided to:
- Identify your purpose – clarifying what that is
- Outline your mission – means in getting it accomplish
- Recognize your strengths and weaknesses – identify what works for you and what isn’t and how to improve or change it
- Concentrate your attention on key priorities – where your energy should be focused
As awareness comes and the process of doing takes place, your strength is channeled to work through setbacks, deal with disappointments, and rise above defeats and failures, and invest your time effectively. Quality choices are made, and noticeable life changing improvements begins to show up in your personal and professional life.
